Like-4-Like Replacement
We will provide you with like for like replacement vehicle within 24 hours of accepting your claim.

We will notify the third party insurance company of your claim and that we represent you in regards to that claim.

Repairs to your vehicle
We will repair your vehicle using our approved network, we have over 400 body shops covering the whole of the UK. All repairs use genuine manufacturer parts and have a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.

If your vehicle is written off
We will arrange for an independent engineer to assess your vehicle, and in the event it is written off, once the report is agreed by you the same will be disclosed to the at fault insurer and we will chase for payment of your pre accident value settlement ensuring you are kept updated throughout.

Claim Conclusion
We deliver your vehicle back fully repaired within 24 hours of repairs being completed, or in the event your vehicle was written off, we arrange collection 7 days after receipt of your pre accident value settlement.

We manage the whole claim, which has many benefits when compared to your insurer.
Accident Recovery
If your car is not driveable, we will arrange for it to be recovered and taken to one of our manufacturer-approved garages.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to assist if the at fault driver is not insured. If you are fully comprehensively insured, we would advise you speak with your insurer in these circumstances.

There are no mileage restrictions in the hire vehicle
How long can I keep the car for?
We understand the importance of having a replacement car after an accident, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way. The duration you can keep a like-for-like replacement car varies and depends on the specific circumstances of your claim. If your vehicle is a write off you can remain in the vehicle for 7 days after receipt of the pre accident value payment, if repairable hire will end 24 hours after repairs are complete.
